This is how we recruit

We open for application on December 1st, 2017 with a deadline of February 14th, 2018. After the application deadline, we screen and evaluate all applications to select the candidates who should move on to the next step in the recruitment process.

Next you will be asked to make a one-minute video in which you have to show us how you are a true Falckoner.

If you are shortlisted, you will be sent an email in February inviting you to complete a PLI test (Professional Learning Indicator), which is a cognitive test tool.

In March there will be a quick phone interview with selected candidates, which is your chance to show us who you are and why we should select you for the Assessment day.

The final step is an assessment day in March at our office in Copenhagen where will invite 20 candidates. This will be a demanding and fun day where you will learn more about Falck as a business, our culture and the graduate programme. There will be several exercises during the day where you get to show us your motivation, passion and team work skills.
