The selection process

We open for application on the 10th of December, 2018 with a deadline of February 14th, 2018. After the application deadline, we screen and evaluate all applications to select the candidates who should move on to the next step in the recruitment process.

If we have selected you based on your application, first you will receive and invitation to a cognitive test.

Next you will be asked to make a one-minute video in which you have to show us your personality, motivation and creativity.

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a brief phone interview with one of our colleagues.

The final step is an assessment day in May at our HQ in Copenhagen. This will be a demanding but fun day packed with exercises where you get to show us both your individual and team player skills. You will meet our colleagues from all over our locations and business units, and learn more about Falck as a business, our culture and the Falck Gaduate Programme.
